The Most Beautiful Swiss Books 2008

Regular price $35.00

The theme of this year’s catalogue is the present, since it forms the second in the trilogy “Past/Present/Future,” (see also The Future Issue, 2009) planned and designed by Laurenz Brunner and Tan Wälchli. By focusing on theoretical and practical aspects of book design, the publication is the outcome of a selection procedure concerned with questions of aesthetics and production. The jury members for 2008 were Cornel Windlin, Lars Müller, Paul Neale, Linda van Deursen, and Piär Amrein.

With essays by James Goggin, Cynthia Leung, Lisette Smits, Rob Giampietro & David Reinfurt.
