Global dramas can lead us to question our own credibility and the significance of our own lives and/or actions.

Recent events in Ukraine led Germany's Slanted team to ask: "what [is] our work is really for? Can we accelerate the transition to a sustainable, fair, and just society through the power of design?"

With a global call, Slanted invited the design community to contribute with a piece of work and a donation. The selected posters address a range of themes: anti-war, for peace, hope, safe spaces, community, climate change, and current events.

434 people from around the world participated in the project, submitting well over 600 posters, and proceeds were donated to two organizations: ARTHELPS and Médecins Sans Frontières.

This book is an effort to bring the global creative community together to take a small but valuable step towards solving the big problems of our time.
