Exhibition catalogue for a traveling exhibition about William Morris's typography, first produced at the St. Bride Foundation Institute in London in 1957. The exhibition examined his fine book printing project, the Kelmscott Press, and looked at printed materials that were considered to have been influential on Morris's typographic practice.
Organized by the William Morris Society, which included British typographer, printing executive and historian of printing, Mr. Stanley Morison, the letterpress catalogue was produced to provide background for the exhibit and provides full descriptions alongside limited illustrations.
