Teaserama #1
Following the publication of his acclaimed Monsterama zines, Allan Graves turns his attention from vintage horror to the graphic language of erotic pulp in Teaserama.
Drawing from the visual culture of mid-century pin-up photography, exploitation cinema, adult magazines, and other printed ephemera, the publication captures the gritty atmosphere of 1970s and '80s grindhouse aesthetics.
Designed to be flipped through like a late-night screening at one of New York’s long-gone 42nd Street cinemas, Teaserama offers page after page of provocative black-and-white imagery. For designers, illustrators, tattoo artists, and students, it serves as a lively visual reference for vintage erotic iconography, pulp imagery, collage, and image research.
Not for children. Contains adult themes and content.
