Released in 1965 by Eastman Kodak, Super 8 film is perhaps best known for its use by amateur filmmakers. However, condensed version of popular cinema releases, or excerpts were released by companies like Castle Films (Universal 8), Walton Films, and Derann.
This book presents a selection of these titles over a period of 30 years, highlighting the 8mm packaging for an array of classics and cult movies, ranging from westerns, comedies and dramas, to horror, monster, and action flicks.
