In order to better understand and experiment with the concept of letters, color, and paper, it is necessary to learn about these things—after all, they are the cornerstones of good design.

This book is a self-initiated DIY project by Amsterdam-based designer Mark van Wageningen and is intended as a blueprint for all designers who wish to be self-sufficient or even recycle their own designs.

By proposing a new standard for polychromatic typography using plant-based ink and recycled paper, van Wageningen aims to inspire the pursuit of different approaches to graphic design.
