The gutter is the space a book folds into, the seam that divides left from right, interrupts the image, and forces the eye to cross.
Gutter / 中缝 takes that condition as its starting point. A bilingual artist book working between English and Chinese, it treats limitation not as something to design around, but as a method for making. The volume uses division, interruption, and the physical structure of binding to shape how text and image are read.
