Novelist Missouri Williams, whose work has appeared in The Nation, The Baffler, Granta, and the Believer, transforms Dinamo's newest collection into the subject of a dark fable about what gets discovered, and lost, in the implacable movement of concepts, ideas, and created things. The story is about the complexity of creating in a world defined by the marketplace and the inevitability of destruction.
