In this issue, Trontz focuses on tanning, hair removers, before and after images, French packaging, beauty masks, and "queen size."

Guest contributor Ruth Auerbach presents "The Housewife's Guide to Flesh," an ongoing body of work that examines the visual language of mid-century cookbooks through re-photography.
