The Festival catalogue is a project in its own right, a printed trace of one of the most important international events for the graphic design community. Chaumont has assembled and preserved an immense collection of contemporary posters, and designers from all over the world are invited to participate in the International Poster Competition organized every two years since 1990. 

Much more than assembly of posters recognized for their excellence, this publication also documents numerous outstanding examples of graphic design, from classic posters to contemporary works and competition entries, and includes bilingual texts from graphic designers and critics alike. Armand Mevis and Linda Van Deursen chaired the 23rd competition jury.
