Image As a Tool
This publication began out of curiosity—when someone defines themselves as a graphic designer, what happens when the images they produce go beyond their primary function and become the tool, method, and identity of the designer? How are images used a tool for graphic design within define practices?
Centered around a series of interviews with graphic designers, this publication also includes examples of image production workflows. What are these images for, and where are they going?
Contributors include Jonathan Castro, Myung Sang Yu, Nejc Prah, Rudy Guedj, Shun Sasaki, and Tadashi Ueda
