Jeremyville at colette

Regular price $30.00

In 2015, colette—the cult retail store in Paris—presented an exhibition and installation by Jeremyville, featuring new screenprints, works on paper, sculptures, inflatables, exclusive brand collaborations, live art, the interior design of the colette Water Bar, and a colette mural. These projects are now documented and celebrated in this compendium.

This volume reveals the processes involved in Jeremyville's art and design, as well as the thinking behind work produced by Studio Jeremyville.

Includes an interview with Sarah from colette as well as texts by Jeremyville and Megan Mair. Jeremyville writes about the Jeremyville Community Service Announcement series, which is a major component of the colette exhibition. Mair writes about the many brand collaborations that spawned the array of products and art pieces that formed the retail component of Jeremyville's installation. One of these collaborations was the Draw Down zine (nearly out of print), A Quest Unlimited.

An additional note: colette has announced that the boutique will cease operations in December 2017, which makes this volume an even more valuable keepsake of the tremendous artistic relationships enabled by the landmark concept store. A mainstay in Paris for over twenty years, colette will be deeply missed — but publications like this one will continue to nourish memories of its tremendous impact.
