OASE #95: Crossing Boundaries

Regular price $35.00

OASE 95 examines the cross-cultural conditions in which architects, urban designers and landscape architects work, focusing in particular on architects working in conditions of displacement—in relation to cultures, far away or nearby, that are not their own. This issue hopes to contribute to the contemporary debate on the effects of globalization and transcultural processes on architecture and urbanism, combining historical analysis with contemporary reflection and project documentation.

Include interviews with Sami Rintala, BC Architects, Sonja Spruit, and ARCò — Architecture and Cooperation.

OASE is an independent, international, peer-reviewed journal for architecture that brings together academic discourse and the sensibilities of design practice.
